Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a special state of consciousness characterized by the following mental activity: inner absorption, concentration of attention, expansion of the imagination, mental fluidity and receptivity to therapeutic suggestions. The hypnotic state allows accessing more aspects of our mental potential, contacting inner resources, experiencing positive emotions, learning new things and triggering subtle body-mind responses like analgesia.
